Stephen N. Anderson - Chairman of the Board

Steve is the founder and Managing Partner of Marquis Advisory Group LLC, a San Francisco based international consulting firm. Steve has over 35 years of experience as a journalist, operations executive, entrepreneur and business consultant in the fields of technology and natural resources. Over the past 15 years, Steve has focused on technology companies in Silicon Valley including Silicon Valley Bank, Yahoo!, PCTEL. Shaman Pharmaceuticals,Inc, VYYO Inc., Global Motorsports Group and many others. He frequently publishes in magazines serving the international business market place and participates on panels addressing international business practices and trends. A major portion of his consulting has been with companies from Australia and New Zealand. Marquis' geographic focus is Silicon Valley, China and Australia-New Zealand. Steve has served and continues to serve on the Boards of Directors of a number of technology companies as well as a number of not-for-profit organizations.


George H. Bohlinger, III

George serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ClearInsight Solutions. Following his career in the Federal government, he has served as Managing Partner of Easton Hanover Partners, LLP and as a Senior Vice President for Government Solutions at EDS Corporation. His government positions included: Executive Associate Commissioner - Management - CIO & CFO of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service; U. S. Deputy Associate Attorney General; Acting Administrator / Assistant Administrator - Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, U.S. Department of Justice; and Superintendent, Massachusetts Correctional Institution - Norfolk. George is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and of Dartmouth College. He is currently serves on both local and national non-profit boards.


Michael Crooks

Michael specializes in delivering value through the adoption of enterprise solutions that advance business effectiveness and growth. He has co-founded and headed two IT consulting firms, Castek Reuse Business Group and Proact Business Transformation, Inc. where he and his teams were responsible for securing in excess of $250M in savings through effective asset management and operational effectiveness for companies such as Best Buy; Motorola; Dunn & Bradstreet; Manulife Financial; and Zurich Financial Group, as well as several government agencies. Michael was also a Senior Manager for Nortel Networks where he was responsible for worldwide technology adoption. Michael brings a depth of operations knowledge to Insight given his 27 years of experience in business management, product and service development, organizational design and solution implementation.


Sallly Collins

Sally has spent more than 25 years in natural resource management, working at the "field level" as a forest manager for 20 years prior to coming to Washington DC. Her last field assignment was Forest Supervisor of the 1.6 Million acre Deschutes National Forest. She served most recently as Associate Chief for the U.S. Forest Service, sharing responsibilities with the Chief for management of all of the 155 National Forests and Grasslands, providing support to tribal, state and private lands, and overseeing the International Program Office. Prior to retiring from USDA, Sally Collins served as the first Director of the USDA Office of Environmental Markets supporting the USDA Secretary in developing uniform, science-based guidelines and the infrastructure necessary to create markets for carbon, biodiversity, and water. For 6 years, she has served as Co-Chair of Megaflorestais, an organization established to informally connect the top forest leaders in the world. The group has collectively shared and advanced issues around climate change, deforestation, illegal logging, REDD and associated markets (including the Amazon Fund) and tenure/governance issues fundamental to forest protection and poverty alleviation.


John R. Ortego

John is President of Ortego & Associates, a strategic consulting firm advising clients in the Federal space including IBM, CSC, SAS, Oracle, Symantec, BMC, and Hewlett-Packard. Prior to his current position, John served as Director of the Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Finance Center (NFC). NFC manages the pay and personnel system for approximately 500,000 Federal employees. NFC also operates the Federal Government's Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) System. TSP is the Federal equivalent of a private 401K program. NFC provided participant accounting for the 3.3 million investors in this $120 billion fund. Prior to Directing the NFC, John served as Deputy Assistant Commissioner of the General Services Administration Office of Information Technology Integration (ITI), a unit of the Federal Technology Service. John has served as President of the American Council for Technology, Chair of the New Orleans Federal Executive Board, and Chair of the Vice President's National Performance Review Data Center Consolidation initiative.


Paul Steele

A founder of the Australian predecessor to ClearInsight Solutions, Inc., Paul is an entrepreneur and industry leader, Paul has worked with a range of enterprises from designing and developing a smart card for banking to managing a $40-million Y2K project rescue for a leading Australian retailer. With more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT product industries, Paul specializes in business and management solutions, software development and project/program management.
