ClearInsight collects only the information necessary to provide and support the Services.

Customer Data Processed Through the Platform

Our Services process data supplied by customers, including information related to IT assets, telecom services, expenses, usage records, contracts, invoices, and financial data. Customer Data may include information associated with individuals depending on how the customer configures and uses the Services.

ClearInsight processes Customer Data solely on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of the customer.

Automatically Collected Information

When users access our websites or Services, we may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, activity within the platform, and cookies or similar technologies used to support functionality, security, and analytics.

This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services, authenticate users and manage access controls, process and analyze Customer Data as directed by customers, provide technical support, respond to inquiries, improve performance and security, meet contractual and legal obligations, and communicate service related updates and notices.

Customer Data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

AI and Advanced Analytics

ClearInsight may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics to support features such as anomaly detection, forecasting, optimization insights, and reporting.

These capabilities operate on Customer Data solely to deliver functionality requested by customers. Customer Data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence models outside of the customer environment unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Human oversight is maintained over AI supported outputs, and customers retain responsibility for decisions based on platform insights.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

ClearInsight does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be disclosed to service providers and subcontractors that support hosting, security, analytics, or customer support under strict confidentiality obligations, to comply with applicable laws or legal processes, to protect the rights and security of ClearInsight and its customers, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections.

Customer Data is disclosed only as permitted by customer agreements and applicable law.

Data Security

ClearInsight maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These measures may include role based access controls, encryption where appropriate, security monitoring, secure development practices, and incident response procedures.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but ClearInsight aligns its security practices with industry standards and public sector expectations.

Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet contractual obligations, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Customer Data is retained and deleted in accordance with customer agreements and documented retention schedules.

Data Ownership and Customer Rights

Customers retain ownership of all Customer Data.

Subject to applicable law and contractual terms, customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of Customer Data. ClearInsight supports such requests as a data processor acting on behalf of the customer.

Individual rights requests should be directed to the customer organization that controls the data.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

ClearInsight uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, security, and analytics. Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings, although disabling cookies may affect certain features.

Cookies are not used for third party behavioral advertising.

International Data Transfers

ClearInsight primarily operates within the United States. When information is transferred across borders, appropriate safeguards are implemented consistent with applicable data protection laws and contractual requirements.

Third Party Links and Integrations

The Services may integrate with or link to third party platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party practices, and users should review applicable third party privacy policies.
